Professional Background

Since 2006, K.C. has worked with clients across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, supporting leaders in aligning their values with meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Her background includes serving as a congressional staffer on Capitol Hill, grassroots organizing in Washington, D.C., human rights reporting in Jerusalem and the West Bank, and working as an economic development specialist in El Salvador. She also co-founded a technology start-up focused on supporting the safety of activists and journalists in closed and closing societies.

Education & Credentials

K.C. holds a Master of Arts in International Administration with an emphasis on human rights and cross-cultural perspectives, along with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology. She is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS). She is based in Washington, D.C.

K.C. approaches her work through trauma-aware, intersectional, and human-centered practices grounded in change management. She supports leaders in evolving policies, practices, and ways of working so outcomes more closely reflect their intentions and values.
