Assessments

The purpose is to assess the current state of your organization’s culture and operations. We assess what’s working, gaps, and potential levers for improvement to inform the next steps towards achieving your ideal organizational culture and goals. 

As part of each assessment, you receive a comprehensive report that could inform the development of a strategic and/or action plan. This report could also serve as a baseline to track progress over time.

Strategic & Action Planning

Strategic Plan — Developing a sound strategic plan is a powerful tool that carefully considers the components needed to achieve the organizations’ “ideal”. Ensuring alignment of vision, mission, areas of work, values, and key structures and priorities.

Action Planning — Articulating the specific steps, resources, timeline, metrics, and tasks needed to achieve specific goals.

Committees & Groups

We support committees and groups of all kinds in achieving their goals. Whether forming a new group or enhancing the effectiveness of an existing one, we help establish norms, decision-making processes, priorities, and clear roles and responsibilities. Additionally, we offer workshops and training to equip members with the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill their purpose effectively and appropriately. This includes support for caucus groups, employee resource groups (ERGs), communities of practice, leadership development groups, board committees, and more.

Board Development

The most effective Boards are ones where members are engaged and resourced with what they need in order to provide support, oversight, and accountability.

We help ensure board members are resourced with what they need. This could include help with bylaws, practices, structure, communications, training, facilitated discussions, decision making, and any other specific needs.

Coaching

We provide one-on-one and small group coaching to address challenges and situations that arise in the workplace. Individuals, due to their roles ore experiences within the organization, may feel isolated and could benefit from the support of an outside expert.

Coaching sessions are confidential, providing a space for open dialogue and non-judgemental support tailored to the outcomes clients aim to achieve

We create space for participants to learn, share knowledge, and develop practical strategies and tools. Workshops also provide time for practice to build confidence and effectiveness.

Intercultural Competency

The ability to bridge across differences is a critical skill for cultivating effective collaboration, especially for people managers.

Assessment — We use the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to assess and provide tailored coaching for individuals and teams, enhancing their ability to work effectively across different perspectives and experiences.

One-on-One & Team Coaching — We offer strategies and actionable steps to inform individual and organizational plans, helping to strengthen intercultural skills and align intentions and impacts.
